Ingredients:
• 6 – Large Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp Milk
• 2 tsp – Pepper powder
• 2 tsp – chopped Parsley
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the potatoes and cook till soft.
- Remove the skins and mash well.
- Add the butter, milk, parsley, pepper, salt and mix well.
- Serve with toast and any baked dish.
