Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 cup – Mint leaves
• 1/4 cup – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – Ginger, chopped
• 2 pinches -Pepper powder
• Salt

Method:

  1. Blend coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves, chopped ginger with 1 cup of water.
  2. Blend and strain the juice, add water as per need.
  3. Mix the lemon juice, salt and pepper powder to the strained juice and serve.
