Ingredients:

• Celery – 2 stalk with leaves, chopped
• Carrots – 2, sliced
• Onion – 1, chopped
• mixed herbs few
• Bay Leaf – 1
• water – 1 litre
• salt – 1/2 tsp
• black pepper Corns – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a vessel, cover and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes and strain.
  3. Wash well and use with the peel.
