Ingredients:
• Mushrooms washed & halved – 200 gm
• Boiled Potato cubed – 200 gm
• Peas boiled – 50 gm
• Onions chopped – 50 gm
• Tomato chopped – 100 gm
• Green chillies chopped – 2 to 3
• Garlic pods chopped – 3 to 4
• Kasmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Dhania powder – 2 tsp
• Jeera whole – 1 tsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Coriander chopped for garnish
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a non stick pan.
- Add the jeera.
- Roast till golden but not dark brown.
- Add the garlic, green chillies and the onions.
- Cook on medium heat till golden.
- Add the tomatoes and the salt.
- Cook till tomatoes are tender.
- Bring the gas to a simmer.
- Add mushrooms, potatoes and peas to this masala.
- Add all the spices.
- Cook on medium heat till the mushrooms are slightly tender.
- Remove to a serving dish and garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve with bread or rice.
