Ingredients:

• Mushrooms washed & halved – 200 gm
• Boiled Potato cubed – 200 gm
• Peas boiled – 50 gm
• Onions chopped – 50 gm
• Tomato chopped – 100 gm
• Green chillies chopped – 2 to 3
• Garlic pods chopped – 3 to 4
• Kasmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Dhania powder – 2 tsp
• Jeera whole – 1 tsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Coriander chopped for garnish
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  2. Add the jeera.
  3. Roast till golden but not dark brown.
  4. Add the garlic, green chillies and the onions.
  5. Cook on medium heat till golden.
  6. Add the tomatoes and the salt.
  7. Cook till tomatoes are tender.
  8. Bring the gas to a simmer.
  9. Add mushrooms, potatoes and peas to this masala.
  10. Add all the spices.
  11. Cook on medium heat till the mushrooms are slightly tender.
  12. Remove to a serving dish and garnish with chopped coriander.
  13. Serve with bread or rice.
