Ingredients:
• Palak – 1 bunch
• Paneer (cubed) – 1 cup
• Onions, chopped roughly – 1
• 2 – Medium-sized Tomatoes
• Salt to taste
• Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Whole Garam Masala (cardamom, Cloves and cinnamon) – 1 tbsp
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a pan, dry roast the whole garam masala and keep aside.
- Roughly chop the spinach leaves, microwave for 2 mins and make a puree out of it. Keep aside in a pan.
- Add the onions, tomato and boil till it becomes soft.
- Add the onion-tomato mixture, roasted garam masala, ginger-garlic and grind it to a smooth puree.
- In a non-stick pan, add this puree and saute it till it becomes light brown.
- Add the garam masala, chilli powder, mango powder and salt.
- Saute for 5 mins. Then add the spinach puree and mix well.
- Once it is blended well, add the paneer pieces and mix well.
