Ingredients:
• 2 cups – sprouts (moong, channa, rongi)
• 1 cup – chopped Palak
• 1/2 cup – grated Paneer
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• Sesame for seasoning
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Grind sprouts and chopped palak without adding water.
- Shift to a bowl.
- Add grated paneer and coconut with some salt.
- Heat a non-stick pan.
- Add a little oil and spread two tbsps of the batter.
- Sprinkle some sesame.
- Cook on both sides and serve with green chutney or a pickle of your choice.
