Ingredients:

• 1 cup- rava
• 1/2 cup- besan
• 1 Onion
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Green chilli
• 1 tsp- Jeera
• 1/2 tsp- Red Chilli powder
• Turmeric- a pinch
• Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop onion, tomato, green chilli separately and mix in a bowl.
  2. Add jeera,red chilli powder,turmeric,salt.
  3. Add rava and besan and the desired quantity water to make a thick, smooth batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan add little oil then make omelete.
  5. Fry both side till brown and crispy.
  6. Serve with tomato ketchup.
