Ingredients:
• 1 cup- rava
• 1/2 cup- besan
• 1 Onion
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Green chilli
• 1 tsp- Jeera
• 1/2 tsp- Red Chilli powder
• Turmeric- a pinch
• Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Chop onion, tomato, green chilli separately and mix in a bowl.
- Add jeera,red chilli powder,turmeric,salt.
- Add rava and besan and the desired quantity water to make a thick, smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan add little oil then make omelete.
- Fry both side till brown and crispy.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
