Ingredients:
• 4-5 – Potato (boiled & warm)
• 2 cups – all purpose flour (maida)
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Sieve maida with salt in a bowl.
- Peel the potatoes as soon as they are boiled.
- Potatoes should be warm.
- Mix 2-3 potatoes with flour & knead.
- Don’t add water.
- Add more potatoes if you think it is required to make the dough.
- Make small balls, give them a bhatura shape & deep fry them.
- Serve with either chick peas curry or aloo ki subji.
