Ingredients:

• 4-5 – Potato (boiled & warm)
• 2 cups – all purpose flour (maida)
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Sieve maida with salt in a bowl.
  2. Peel the potatoes as soon as they are boiled.
  3. Potatoes should be warm.
  4. Mix 2-3 potatoes with flour & knead.
  5. Don’t add water.
  6. Add more potatoes if you think it is required to make the dough.
  7. Make small balls, give them a bhatura shape & deep fry them.
  8. Serve with either chick peas curry or aloo ki subji.
