Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – condensed Milk
• 250 g – Paneer
• 2 to 3 drops – kewra essence
• 4 to 5 drops – yellow food colour
• 2 – Cardamom pods
• 1 – silver leaf

Method:

  1. Mash paneer well, add condensed milk and cook on slow fire, stirring constantly.
  2. Cook till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the kadai.
  3. Add essence and food colour, and remove from fire.
  4. Mix well and pour the malai on a plate.
  5. Allow the malai to cool.
  6. Make laddoos with the malai.
  7. Sprinkle crushed cardamom and decorate with silver leaf.
