Ingredients:
• tapioca – 500 g
• Green chilli – 4
• Onion – 1
• Coconut Milk – 1 cup
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• Coconut oil
• Curry leaves
Method:
- Take a frying pan. Fry the onions in coconut oil till it is golden brown.
- Add fresh ginger paste and curry leaves and slit green chillies.
- Add the thin separated coconut milk and small pieces of tapioca to it.
- Add sufficient water to cook tapioca.
- Open the pan and mash the cooked tapioca.
- Add thick coconut milk and salt to taste, leave it for a boil.
- Serve hot Ishtu along with breakfast.
