Ingredients:

• 1 box – chocolate cake mix
• 250 g – ricotta cheese
• 3/4 cup – white Sugar
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 (12 ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp – vanilla extract
• 1 package instant chocolate pudding

Method:

  1. Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
  2. Pour batter into 9 x 13 x 2 inch greased baking dish and set it aside.
  3. Blend ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over the top of the cake batter.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 75 minutes if you are using a glass baking dish, or for 90 minutes if you are using a metal pan.
  6. Blend pudding mix and milk until they thicken.
  7. Blend in whipped topping.
  8. Spread over cooled cake.
