Ingredients:
• jack fruit pulp – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1/2 cup
• Ghee – 3 tbsp
• Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Chop ripe, soft jack fruit and blend to a pulp.
- Mix jack fruit pulp with sugar.
- Place on fire and stir till sugar is dissolved.
- Add Ghee and cook and stir till the mixture forms a lump.
- Add cardamom powder, mix well and remove from fire.
