Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Ripe Jackfruit pieces, sliced into small pieces
• 1 cup – Sliced Jackfruit seeds
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric paste
• 1 cup – Grated Coconut
• 4 tbsps – Coconut oil
• 2 – Dry chillies, split
• A few Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Mustard
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cook jackfruit and seed of jackfruit with sufficient water.
- Stir occasionally while cooking.
- When it is well cooked, add salt and smash the content with a ladle.
- Grind chilli powder and turmeric powder, keep aside.
- Heat coconut oil and pop mustard seeds.
- Add grated coconut and dry chillies.
- Stir till brown.
- Add curry leaves and ground Masala.
- Saute well.
- Add jackfruit mixture to this.
- Mix well and remove from fire.
