Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Chilled Milk
• 2 tbsp – Jam (preferably mixed fruit jam)
• 1 tbsp – Apple (chopped)
• 1 tsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Blend everything together until smooth and serve chilled.
