Ingredients:

• Karela – 2 cups, Cut in medium size pieces.
• Onions – Same amount as karela.
• Oil – 2 tbsp.
• Salt – As per taste.
• Fenugreek seeds – 5-6.

Method:

  1. Mix karela and onions together in a bowl and keep aside.
  2. Add oil in a frying pan.
  3. Add fenugreek seeds, fry till dark brown.
  4. Add the karela-onion mixture to it.
  5. Add salt and cover with lid.
  6. Cook till it gets tender.
