Ingredients:
• Karela – 2 cups, Cut in medium size pieces.
• Onions – Same amount as karela.
• Oil – 2 tbsp.
• Salt – As per taste.
• Fenugreek seeds – 5-6.
Method:
- Mix karela and onions together in a bowl and keep aside.
- Add oil in a frying pan.
- Add fenugreek seeds, fry till dark brown.
- Add the karela-onion mixture to it.
- Add salt and cover with lid.
- Cook till it gets tender.
