Ingredients:

• 200 g – sweetened condensed Milk
• 200 g – Curd
• 200 ml – Milk
• 50 g – Sugar
• Little elachi powder

Method:

  1. Mix sugar and curd in a bowl without any bubbles and then mix sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Add warm milk to this mixture and add elachi powder and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pressure cook this for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Cool and refrigerate.
