Ingredients:
• 2 – big Onions
• 12 – 15 – Red Chillies
• 5 – 6 – Garlic flakes
• 3 – 4 – tbsp oil (gingili oil)
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind the onions, red chillies, garlic and salt to a paste.
- Heat oil and fry the paste for 10 mins.
