Ingredients:

• 1 cup – boiled chick peas
• 1/2 cup – chopped Pineapple
• 3 tbsp – chopped Raw Mango
• 2 tbsp – boiled Corn niblets
• 1/2 cup – chopped Cucumber
• 1/4 cup – Tofu or Cottage cheese
• 1/3 cup – Pomegranate seeds
• 2 tbsp – diced Capsicum
• 1/2 cup – chopped Tomato
• 1/4 cup – fried Potato cubes (optional)
• Dressing:
• 10 – Mint leaves
• 3 tsp – Olive oil
• 1.5 tsp – Honey
• 2.5 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – chilli flakes
• 1/2 tsp – grated Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – black salt
• 1/2 tsp – chat masala
• 1/2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Chop and crush mint leaves and take in a bowl then add all the ingredients of dressing and mix well.
  2. Add all the fruits and vegetables in a big bowl.
  3. Mix in the dressing and chilli for 1/2 hour; then serve.
  4. You can add some namkin sev or bhujia on top and have this as a chat or snack.
