Ingredients:

• 1 kg – boneless Mutton
• 3-4 tbsp – refined oil for frying
• Whole garam masalas ( 2 cardamoms, 2 cinnamon, 4-5 cloves)
• 1 tbsp – salt
• Grind into smooth paste:
• 50 g – Cashew nuts
• 50 g – Khus Khus
• 4-5 Cloves – Garlic
• 7-8 – Green chillies
• 1 -small chopped Onion
• 1/4 cup – of Curd

Method:

  1. Marinate the mutton pieces with salt and ground masalas for 2 hours.
  2. Heat 4-5 tbsp of oil in the pressure cooker.
  3. Add the garam masalas, let them to crackle.
  4. Add the marinated mutton and fry it on slow flame for 10 mins.
  5. Cook for 2-3 whistles.
  6. Simmer it for sometime
  7. Serve.
