Ingredients:
• 1 ripe cantaloupe
• 1/2 cup- Sugar
• 1/2 cup- Beaten Rice or Poha
• 1/2 liter- Milk
• 3 Cardamom pods, finely powdered
Method:
- Skin cantaloupe. Discard its innermost soft portion.
- Cut into small cubes. Mix sugar.
- Add boiled and cooled milk. Mix beaten rice (optional) and powdered cardamom.
- Chill and serve.
