Ingredients:

• 4 – Karela
• 1 -big Onion
• 1 -brinjal
• 1- Potato
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – mirchi powder
• 1 tsp – dhaniya Jeera powder
• 1/2 tsp – amchur powder
• 1/2 tsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Remove the skin of the karela.
  2. Steam the karela with salt for 4 – 5 minutes.
  3. Now chop the onion very finely.
  4. Take brinjal and small potato and cut into very small pieces.
  5. Take oil in a vessel, add onion, brinjal and potatoes, and saute.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, amchur powder and dhaniya jeera powder.
  7. Cook well, then grind to a paste.
  8. Add half tsp butter to this and stuff this into the karela.
  9. Shallow fry.
  10. Serve with chapatti or dal rice.
