Ingredients:

• 1 cup – semolina
• 1 cup – ground white Sugar
• 1/2 cup – almonds, coarsely crushed
• 1/2 cup – desiccated Coconut
• 1 tbsp – skinned melon seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 cup – Ghee

Method:

  1. Melt ghee in a heavy pan.
  2. Add semolina and cook on low flame till light golden.
  3. Cool in pan while stirring frequently till warm.
  4. Add sugar, coconut, almonds, cardamom powder.
  5. Mix well and serve.
