Ingredients:

• 2- raw mangoes, peeled and grated
• 2 cups- Catfish pieces
• 1 tsp -lemon juice
• 1 tsp- fish sauce
• 1/2 cup- sliced Onion
• 1/4 cup- chopped Spring onion
• 1/4 cup -roasted crushed Peanuts
• 2 tbsp – fresh chopped Mint
• 2 -green chillies, grind to paste
• 3 tbsp- Olive oil
• 1/4 tsp -crushed red pepper
• salt
• pepper

Method:

  1. Add crushed pepper to the olive oil and keep aside.
  2. Deep fry the fish pieces till golden brown.
  3. Drain and keep aside till it cools.
  4. Mix all the ingredients for the salad with the fish.
  5. Serve.
