Ingredients:

• 1 cup – cottage cheese, diced
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic, Green chillies paste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 1/4 tsp – Saffron
• 2 tbsp – full Cream
• 2 tbsp – Milk
• 1 – chopped Tomato
• 1 tsp – kasoori Methi
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add chopped onions and saute it for a while and then add chopped tomatoes.
  2. Cook till they are soft and tender.
  3. Grind this to make a smooth brown paste.
  4. Heat oil and fry ginger-garlic-green chillies paste.
  5. Then add paneer cubes and saute till it gets light brown colour.
  6. Add brown paste and all the spices and mix well.
  7. Mix kesar in milk and dilute well.
  8. Add this slurry along with full cream and mix this with the gravy.
  9. Cook it for around 5 mins and serve hot.
