Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 tsp – ajinomoto
• 3 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Orange
• Oregano spice – a little
• 4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• Salt to taste
• 1 – Egg
• 2 Lemons – juice
• 100 gm – Rice flour
• Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the rice flour and lemon, and marinate the chicken for 3 hours.
  2. To the rice flour, add some salt and a few drops of lemon juice.
  3. Mix well and coat the chicken pieces one by one thoroughly with the dry flour and deep fry at medium flame.
  4. Remove when it turns a golden brown colour.
  5. The chicken would be juicy with a crisp tingling crust.
  6. Serve.
