Ingredients:

• 5 to 6 – plain khakhras, crushed coarsely
• 1 – papad, roasted, crushed coarsely
• 1 tbsp – melted Ghee
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put khakhras in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add crushed papad to it.
  3. Sprinkle cumin, chilli, salt.
  4. Drizzle ghee over mixture.
  5. Mix well with hand to blend flavours and serve.
