Ingredients:
• 2 – big cucumbers.
• 2 – green chillies.
• A few springs of coriander
• 1/2 cup – ground Peanuts
• 2 tsp – ghee, Jeera and Asafoetida (hing) for tempering
• Salt and Sugar to taste
Method:
- Peel cucumbers and cut then into small pieces.
- Add salt to taste.
- Drain extra water from the cucumbers.
- Cut green chillies and coriander.
- In a small vessel, heat ghee, then add cumin and asafoetida.
- When the cumin starts spluttering, add green chillies and remove the vessel from heat and pour it on cucumbers.
- Add sugar and ground peanuts to cucumbers.
- Garnish with coriander.
