Ingredients:
• 1 kg- prawns.
• 1 cup- Coconut gratings/powdered Coconut.
• 8- red chillies.
• 2 tbsp – Tamarind powder.
• 1 tsp- Turmeric powder.
• 1 tsp -coriander seeds.
• 2 -onions.
• 2 -green chillies (optional).
Method:
- Grind the coconut, chillies, tamarind, turmeric and coriander seeds and keep it aside.
- Add a little water when you grind.
- Fry the chopped onion in a little oil.
- When it is browned, add the ground masala and fry for some time.
- Next add the prawns salt and green chillies and some water. Cook until the prawns are done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
