Ingredients:

• 3 – Potatoes (cubed)
• 1/2 tsp – Ajwain seeds
• 1 tsp – Dried Mango powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin powder
• 1 – Tomato (chopped)
• 1/4 cup – Thick yogurt
• Oil
• Salt

Method:

  1. Cook the cubed potatoes in salted water until they turn soft.
  2. Drain and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai, add the ajwain seeds and potatoes.
  4. Saute well till the potatoes turns crispy.
  5. Add the dried mango powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and cumin powder, and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Add the chopped tomato and some water and cook until the potatoes are well coated with the spices.
  7. Finally add the yogurt and bring to a boil, before taking it off the flame.
  8. Serve hot with rotis.
