Ingredients:
• Lean Mutton keema – 250 g
• Garam Masala powder – 1/4 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
• Ginger – Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Potatoes – 2 large
• Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
• Lime juice – 1 tbsp
• Green chillies – 2
• Pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
• salt to taste
• Egg – 1
• Bread crumbs for rolling patties
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Cook kheema, ginger garlic paste, chilli, garam masala, salt along with water.
- Cool and mix with the boiled mashed potato.
- Add pepper powder, jeera powder, lime juice, salt, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Make patties of desired shape and dip it in beaten egg.
- Roll in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry until golden brown.
