Ingredients:
• 500 g – Green peas
• 200 g – khoya (shallow-fried till golden and kept aside)
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 2 – whole Cardamom
• 1 – whole Clove
• 1 – onion, crushed
• Mixture A: 1 cup – Curd
• 1/2 tsp – Kesar
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – cashew powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger
• 1 tsp – Garlic
• Mixture B:1 cup – Tomato puree
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil, fry onion, cardamom, clove-and fry until they are golden brown in colour.
- Add Mixture A and cook till the oil separates from it.
- Add Mixture B and cook till oil separates from it.
- Add peas and khoya along with 1cup warm water.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
