Ingredients:

• 1 pod – Garlic
• 1 cup – Spinach, finely chopped
• 1 cup – Rice
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – Oil

Method:

  1. Soak rice in water for 1/2 hour
  2. Heat oil. Peel & add garlic in whole pieces
  3. Slightly brown them.
  4. Add tomatoes, salt & green chilies & allow to slimmer on low heat for 10 mins..
  5. Now add palak & rice with 1 cup of water, cook on low heat till rice is cooked.
  6. Sprinkle Pepper & serve with your favourite side dish..
