Ingredients:

• 3 bunches – kosu
• A handful of dry fish (any small variety)
• 1 – Tomato
• Mustard oil
• 2 tsp – mashed Garlic
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt
• 6 – Green chillies

Method:

  1. Take 3 mutha (bunches) of kosu and a handful of dry fish (any small variety). Roast the dry fish on a tava for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Wash with warm water and keep aside.
  3. Heat mustard oil and add the mashed garlic, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cut and add the kosu xaak and mix well.
  5. Cut and add a tomato.
  6. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add the dry fish and green chillies and mix well.
  7. Cook for another 10 minutes on low flame.
