Kothimer Karam Coriander Chutney


• Coriander, a bunch
• 4-5 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• 6-7 – chillies
• Salt – to taste
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp


  1. Wash coriander leaves and put them in the mixer (grinder). Add salt as per taste, cumin, garlic, chillies and lemon juice and grind.
  2. Make a paste of it, but make sure it is not too watery.
  3. Your chutney is ready.
  4. Use as bread spread and with rice.
