Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Curd
• 1/4 kg – white pumpkin
• Salt
• 1 tsp – Chilli
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• Turmeric paste
• 1 tsp – Tur Dal
• 1 tsp – Channa dal

Method:

  1. Soak 1 tsp each of tur dal and channa dal for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat the curd well.
  3. Add salt, turmeric and hing powder to curds.
  4. Add coconut, green chillies, and jeera (1 tsp each) to the soaked dal and grind it smoothly.
  5. Add this paste to the curd and keep it on a slow flame for 5 minutes.
  6. Season with mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilli toasted in oil
