Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg Rava (Sooji)
• 1/2 kg Sugar
• 10 Cashew nuts
• 5-6 Elaichi
• 8-10 Kismis
• 1 cup Ghee or Dalda

Method:

  1. Fry the rava in a frying pan along with 1/2 cup ghee or Dalda till you smell a good aroma.
  2. Fry cashew nuts in ghee lightly.
  3. Grind the rava into a fine powder.
  4. Grind sugar into fine powder.
  5. Mix rava and sugar powder, then add cashew nuts, elaichi and kismis.
  6. Pour ghee a little at a time and prepare delicious laddus.
