Method:

  1. Wash ladies finger & cut into small pieces.
  2. Cut onion also into small pieces.
  3. Take oil in a frying pan & fry ladyfinger & onion till golden brown .
  4. Broil coriander seeds, urad dal, channa dal & red chillies.
  5. In the mixer, put the ingredients mentioned in the third step and grind into a powder.
  6. Grind the fried lady finger & onion along with the powdered ingredients, sugar & tamarind.
  7. Serve with rice or chapatti.
