Method:
- Wash ladies finger & cut into small pieces.
- Cut onion also into small pieces.
- Take oil in a frying pan & fry ladyfinger & onion till golden brown .
- Broil coriander seeds, urad dal, channa dal & red chillies.
- In the mixer, put the ingredients mentioned in the third step and grind into a powder.
- Grind the fried lady finger & onion along with the powdered ingredients, sugar & tamarind.
- Serve with rice or chapatti.
