Ingredients:

• 4 pieces – bean Curd –
• 1 – Onion
• 1 small bunch – Mint leaves
• 5 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Thai chilli powder
• 3 – fresh Red Chillies
• oil for frying
• salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Cut chillies diagonally and slice the onions into thin pieces.
  2. Wash the bean curd and mash it.
  3. Crush the garlic. Remove the stem of the mint leaves after washing them.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic till a fragrance emerges.
  5. Add onions and bean curd to it and fry for three minutes.
  6. Then add soya sauce, chilli powder and salt to the mixture and fry for an additional five minutes.
  7. Add some mint leaves towards the end. Serve it hot with plain rice.
