Ingredients:

• 500 g – yogurt
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• Curry leaves
• Salt
• 1 – Green chilli (cut into small pieces)
• Coriander
• 1 cup – Bottle Gourd (grated)

Method:

  1. Take a small amount of oil in a pan and heat it.
  2. When the oil becomes hot, put cumin seeds and mustard into it.
  3. When they splutter, add green chillies, curry leaves and grated bottle gourd.
  4. Cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and stir it well.
  5. Take yogurt in a bowl and add the above mixture along with salt to taste.
  6. If the mixture is thick, add a little water and stir it well till it becomes smooth.
  7. Garnish with coriander and serve it hot.
