Ingredients:
• 500 g – yogurt
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• Curry leaves
• Salt
• 1 – Green chilli (cut into small pieces)
• Coriander
• 1 cup – Bottle Gourd (grated)
Method:
- Take a small amount of oil in a pan and heat it.
- When the oil becomes hot, put cumin seeds and mustard into it.
- When they splutter, add green chillies, curry leaves and grated bottle gourd.
- Cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and stir it well.
- Take yogurt in a bowl and add the above mixture along with salt to taste.
- If the mixture is thick, add a little water and stir it well till it becomes smooth.
- Garnish with coriander and serve it hot.
