Fried rice is the most popular Indo-Chinese cuisine recipe in the world. There are so many ways that you can try to make fried rice. You can make the fried rice with some left-over plain rice too. One day old rice is best to use, as they became little dry and the grains of it will stay separated while tossing it with veggies. You can also make it with the fresh rice.
Here I give a little touch of spiciness with green chili but you can also use red chili powder to give spicy taste to the rice. I’ve loved to enjoy the fried rice with chili garlic flavored gravy as a side dish to enjoy it more.

– 1 ? cup leftover rice
– 1 tablespoon celery
– ? cup spring onion whites
– ? cup spring onion greens
– 1 finely chopped green chili
– 1 teaspoon soy sauce
– Salt to taste
– 1 ? tablespoons oil

How To Cook?

1. Heat oil in a wide heavy bottom pan; add celery, spring onion whites, chopped green chili and saut? over a high flame for about 3-4 minutes or until tender.
2. Add leftover rice, soy sauce, spring onion greens and salt. Give it a mix and saut? for about 2 minutes.
3. Your Chinese fried rice is ready at home! Enjoy.
