Ingredients:

• 300 gms – Shelled Corn kernels
• 20 gms – Roasted Red Chilli paste
• 5 gms – Lemon grass shoot, chopped
• 5 gms – Maca root leaves, chopped
• 20 gms – Corn flour
• 75 gms – Potatoes, boiled and mashed
• Oil for frying
• 10 gms – Ginger, chopped
• 10 gms – Garlic, chopped
• 20 gms. Onions, chopped
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of ajinomoto

Method:

  1. Chop corn kernels roughly.
  2. Add chopped lemon grass and macaroot leaves.
  3. Add rest of the ingredients and make a mixture.
  4. Make patties, 3 cm in diameter.
  5. Deep fry and serve hot.
