Ingredients:
• 4 slices – white bread
• 4 cups – whole Milk
• 3 – large eggs
• 15 tsp – Sugar (approximately)
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/4 cup – Almonds and cashews, chopped
• Raisins, to garnish.
• Butter, to grease the pan.
Method:
- Beat eggs in a bowl till slightly fluffy. Add sugar and mix for 2 minutes.
- Add slightly warm milk and mix till sugar dissolves.
- Mix in the essence.
- Tear up the bread slices and mix it into the bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Grease a baking dish with butter. Transfer the contents of the bowl to the baking dish upto 3/4 the heigh
