• 200 g – Wheat flour
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – oil for greasing
- Combine all ingredients and knead into a stiff dough with water.
- Keep for 10 minutes.
- Divide dough into equal portions and roll into puri shape.
- Prick each puri with a fork and arrange on a greased baking tray.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes, at 200 degrees C.
- Cool and store in an air-tight container.
