Ingredients:

• Thin Poha – 200 gm
• Kurmura (Poha) – 50gm
• Chatni dal – 50gm (potukadalai)
• Groundnut – 50gm (Roast and remove skin)
• Cashewnut – 10 gm(optional)
• Dry Grapes – 10gm(optional)
• Green chilli – 1 or 2( chopped)
• Salt and Chilli powder – ( According taste)
• Hing – 1/4 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Oil – 1.5 tsp
• Kadipattha – 1/4 cup leaves
• Sugar – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Place poha, dal and nuts separately in microwave plate for one minute and roast.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard.
  3. Add green chilli, cashew nut, dry grapes, hing powder, turmeric powder and chilli powder, kadipatha. (gas flame should be medium)
  4. Add all roasted ingredients, salt and sugar.
  5. Stir well for five minutes(while mixing keep the gas flame low). Serve.
