Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup – Whole Wheat flour
• 1/4 cup – Assorted dry fruits and nuts
• 1 tsp – Nuts (hand pound, broken) 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – Sugar (powdered or granulated)
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom

Method:

  1. Melt butter to form ghee.
  2. Add the flour and roast on low flame till golden brown (about 3 minutes).
  3. Grind 1/4 cup of assorted dry fruits and nuts without adding water.
  4. To the warm flour, add the ground nuts, cardamom, sugar and a tsp of broken nuts.
  5. Mix well and shape them into small balls and serve.
