Ingredients:

• For Seasoning: 5 tbsp – Oil
• Mustard Seeds
• Cumin seeds,
• Split Pigeon Peas,
• Split Black Gram
• Other Ingredients:
• Whole Wheat flour
• Oil
• little – Curd
• Water
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• For Curry: 5 – medium size Potatoes
• 4 – medium size Onions
• 6 – Chillies
• 1/4 cup – Lemon water
• little – Ginger -Garlic Paste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Curry powder
• little – Masala (any)
• 2 medium size – Tomatoes

Method:

  1. Prepare dough with whole wheat flour, sugar, curd, oil and water. Leave aside for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil and add seasoning ingredients.
  3. Add onions and fry till brown and add chillies, ginger -garlic paste and tomatoes.
  4. Now add potatoes and add salt, curry powder, turmeric and masala. Once curry is ready, add lemon water.
  5. Make round balls with dough and roll out thinly.
  6. Place the curry over it and fold the edges, and heat in the oven for 5 min on low temperature or on love heat in a pan.
  7. Serve hot.
