Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Kara boondhi
• 1 cup – Ompodi/ Sev
• 1/4 cup – Ribbon pakoda
• 2-3 – Mullu murukku
• 1/4 cup – Peanuts
• 1/4 cup – Roasted gram | Chutney Dal
• 1/4 cup – Rice flakes
• 1/4 tsp – Freshly ground pepper
• Curry leaves – 8-10
• Salt to taste
• 5-6 – (Optional) Cashew nuts
• 1 tbsp- (Optional) Cornflakes.

Method:

  1. Deep Fried the peanuts, roasted gram, rice flakes (thick or thin) curry leaves, cashew nuts, cornflakes, salt, separately in oil and drain the excess oil in a kitchen towel.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and add crushed pepper to it.
  3. Crush the ompodi, ribbon pakoda and murukku into small pieces.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Cool and store in airtight containers.
  6. Serve with tea.
