Ingredients:
• 1 cup – ripe mango, peeled and chopped into cubes
• 3 to 4 – Green chillies
• 1 medium-size – Tomato
• 1/2 cup – Mango pulp
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• salt to taste
Method:
- Sprinkle water over the tomato and microwave it for one minute.
- When it cools down, peel and cut it into pieces.
- Mix the mango pulp and chilli pieces together and microwave it for 3 minutes.
- Stir and microwave for 2 more minutes.
- Add mango, tomato pieces and salt to taste.
- Microwave it for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after every minute.
