Ingredients:
• 100 gm – puffed lotus seeds (makhana), finely chopped
• 500 ml – Milk
• 2 tbsp. – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 10 strands of Saffron
Method:
- Boil milk over a medium flame, add makhana, sugar, saffron and cardamom powder, and cook till it begins to boil. Reduce the flame, and cook for about 20 mins.
- Your kheer is ready to serve.
