Ingredients:
• 1 kg – minced Meat
• 10 g – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 – nutmeg, ground
• 6 – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup – mixed dry fruit, chopped
• 4 tbsp – fresh Cream or malai
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Mix the minced meat with all the ingredients, except the cream and dry fruit.
- Mix the cream and dry fruits, and make small balls.
- Take a ball of mince, flatten it, place a small ball of dry fruit mixture in the centre, and enclose it in the mince.
- Arrange in a baking tray lined with grease proof paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Or skewer them and roast till done.
- Serve hot.
